Approval before filing

Every return, report and letter reaches you first. You read it, ask what you need to, and approve — then it is filed. The signature is yours; the review is ours.

When the Client Portal opens

The secure Client Portal listed above is being built, and no launch date has been announced. This is what it will change — and what it will not.

  1. What will stay the same

Your dedicated team, your written scope and the senior review before anything reaches you. The portal will change where work is exchanged, not who is responsible for it. Tax filings will stay signed off by a registered tax agent.

    In development
  2. How your documents will be protected

Records will move into the portal under the standard already set in your engagement letter: itemised requests, named recipients, and no confidential document through a public web form. The same rule will apply before and after it opens.

    In development
  3. Who will get access

Access will be given to the people your business names, at the level you decide. There will be no public sign-up, and no account will be opened without your written instruction. You will keep control of who sees what.

    In development
  4. How you will be told

Existing clients will hear it from their own team first, and this page will be updated when the portal opens. Nothing will be switched on without notice. No launch date has been announced.

Questions clients ask

Before you get in touch

Straight answers about how we work with you today — and what is still to come.

No. Today AL TAMAYUZ works with every client through a dedicated team and a secure channel agreed at onboarding — not through a portal on the public website. The Client Portal is in development and will be announced here when it is ready. Until then, documents, approvals and questions go through your team.

Specialists prepare the work and a senior reviews it before it reaches you. Tax filings — VAT and Corporate Tax returns — are signed off by a registered tax agent (agent registration 20043873) within an FTA-registered tax agency (Tax Agency Reg. No. 30001887). Nothing is filed before you have approved it.

The secure channel is agreed at onboarding and recorded in your engagement letter. Confidential records are never requested through the website's forms, and every request is itemised — what is needed, why and by when. The Client Portal will carry the same standard.

Not yet. UAE PASS integration is planned for eligible identity and approval journeys, and no date has been set. One distinction matters: signing in with UAE PASS confirms who you are — it is not a signature on a document. Approvals remain an explicit, recorded step, and clients will be told when it is available.
