A working moment

A first conversation, not a pitch

You describe the business; we ask the questions that decide the scope. You leave with a written scope and a written quote — before any work, and before any bill.

How we work

How every engagement starts

The same three steps, whichever service you need — so there are no surprises in scope, and none in cost.

Frequently asked

Questions people ask before they choose a service

Straight answers about cost, timing and how we work with the accountant or software you already have.

Scope first. A short consultation establishes what you actually need — the size of the business, the volume of transactions, the filings and deadlines involved. You then receive a written quote for a defined scope before any work begins. There are no list prices here because two businesses rarely need the same thing.

Most engagements begin as soon as the scope and quote are approved and the onboarding documents are in. Time-critical matters — a registration deadline, a return due date, an FTA notice — are prioritised; tell us the date in the first conversation. Access to your records usually sets the pace.

Yes. Most clients work with us through shared systems and cloud accounting software — Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, Tally, Sage and Wave among them — with review meetings online or at our Business Bay office in Dubai. Clients across the Emirates are served the same way.

Yes. We review the current books, open items and filing history, then agree a handover date outside a VAT period or month-end close. Where records need correction we tell you first and quote for it separately — only what needs fixing is fixed.
